Dear sir
I am a libyan student , ihave just obtained a university degree from the department of radiology .
i have been nominated to continue my post graduate studies in germany
and since i am an english speaking student could you please advise me to unuversities that teaches in english and have the ability to accept me as a foreign student taking into consideration that my country (libya) will sponsor my studies & my accommodations' fees.
will be gratful if you could help me to fulfill my aims.
